PurchoSmart is built in Dubai by Nextoria Information Technology LLC. It exists because getting three supplier quotes in the UAE still means a morning on the phone — and a voice agent can make those calls all at once and come back with a ranked comparison.
Most purchasing in the UAE still runs on the telephone. A buyer who needs a price rings round: the same requirement repeated to supplier after supplier, in whichever language they answer in, with the replies landing by WhatsApp, email and callback over the rest of the day. The comparison at the end is done by hand, if it is done at all.
We built a voice agent that does the ringing round. You describe what you need once; it finds the suppliers, calls up to twenty of them at the same time in English, Arabic, Hindi, Tamil or Spanish, asks each for price, availability and delivery, and returns one ranked comparison with every call recorded and transcribed against it. The buyer picks instead of adding up.
The rules we hold it to are on this site rather than in a brochure: the agent asks for a currency rather than assuming one, you approve the supplier list before any call is made, and a price in the report can always be traced back to the sentence a supplier said it in.
