Quick answers

How quickly do you reply?

Usually the same working day, and always from a person rather than an auto-reply. Say what the message is about in the form, because that is what routes it to the right desk.

Can I write in Arabic?

Yes. Write in English or Arabic and you will be answered in the same language.

Where are you based?

Al Garhoud, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. PurchoSmart is made by Nextoria Information Technology LLC. We work with buyers across the UAE, and nothing needs a visit to the office to get started.

What if my question is about a supplier the agent called?

Include the request and the supplier's name. Every call is recorded and transcribed against the request, so we can check exactly what was said before we answer.
