How the AI sourcing agent works.
Procurement automation in three steps: you describe what you need once, the agent holds every supplier conversation, and you choose from a ranked comparison.
- Step 01
Submit your request
Tell us what you need — product, quantity, specification and delivery location. The AI analyser clarifies the details in a quick chat before anything is dialled.
- Describe the job in plain words; the agent works out the spec and the questions worth asking.
- Intelligent supplier search shortlists suppliers who actually carry what you asked for, beyond your own contact list.
- You see that shortlist before any call is made, and can remove a supplier from it.
- Step 02
The agent calls every supplier at once
Your voice agent dials up to 20 suppliers in parallel. Real phone conversations, not emails: it asks each one for price, availability and delivery.
- It speaks English, Arabic, Hindi, Tamil and Spanish, and moves to the supplier's language when they do.
- Where a call does not connect it follows up on WhatsApp and email, and the reply lands in the same thread.
- Every call is recorded and transcribed as it happens, and you can watch the status of each one live.
- Step 03
Compare and decide
A ranked report — every supplier scored on price, delivery speed and availability. The cheapest quote that can actually deliver is already at the top.
- Each quote is converted to your base currency at the day's rate, with the original figure kept beside it.
- A price can be traced back to the sentence the supplier said it in, from the transcript kept against the request.
- The report is emailed to you — around twelve minutes after you submitted the request.
What a ranked comparison looks like
One request for structural steel, three suppliers called at the same time. The rows arrive in rank order, so you are picking rather than adding up. Suppliers are shown by trade and district here because real quoted prices are commercially sensitive.
| Rank | Supplier | Area | Quoted price | From the call |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Steel trader | Al Quoz | AED 8,400 | Lowest price, in stock, delivers this week |
| 2 | Pipe supplier | Jebel Ali | AED 9,150 | In stock, delivery quoted |
| 3 | Metals distributor | Mussafah | AED 9,800 | Price only, delivery to confirm |
Under every row in the real report: the recording, the transcript, and the supplier's WhatsApp and email replies.
What it costs
Plans are a monthly allowance of talk minutes — the time the agent spends on the phone with your suppliers. Unanswered calls cost nothing and requests are unlimited on every plan. See the plans and prices, read the common questions, or watch the agent call real suppliers for something you buy.
