Packaging and cartons in the UAE.

Food manufacturers, e-commerce sellers and anybody who ships a product buy packaging in thousands, and the price depends on everything the carton factory wants to know first: board grade, print colours, quantity breaks. A buyer ringing round repeats that specification to every factory and gets back quotes that each assume something different.

What the agent asks every supplier

You describe the requirement once. The agent calls up to 20 suppliers at the same time, in English, Arabic, Hindi, Tamil or Spanish, and asks each of them the same questions — so the answers can be put side by side.

  1. 01Board grade and flute, or film and micron, and whether the quote is for stock or custom sizes.
  2. 02The minimum order quantity, and the price at your quantity and at the next break above it.
  3. 03Tooling, plate and die charges — one-off or built into the unit price.
  4. 04Lead time for a first order and for a repeat, and delivery to your warehouse.

What a request looks like

In your own words. The AI analyser reads it, pins down the specification in a quick chat if anything is missing, and the agent takes it from there.

  • “10,000 printed corrugated shipping cartons, 400 x 300 x 300, two colours, B flute.”
  • “50,000 self-adhesive product labels, 80 x 50 mm, four-colour, on rolls.”
  • “Stretch film, 500 mm x 23 micron, 200 rolls a month on a standing order.”

What comes back

A ranked comparison

Every quote collected, scored on price, delivery and availability, with the cheapest supplier that can actually deliver at the top.

The call behind each number

Each conversation is recorded and transcribed against the request, so a price can be traced back to the sentence it was said in.

In about twelve minutes

Suppliers are called at the same time, not one after another. Where a call does not connect, the agent follows up on WhatsApp and email.
